We use professional-grade products, and some of them are genuinely strong. Our oven and carpet treatments are industrial chemicals rather than supermarket sprays, which is exactly why they shift grime and staining a normal clean leaves behind.
They are handled under COSHH by trained staff using the right protective equipment, and we ventilate as we work. Treated areas are safe to use again once they are dry and aired, and we will tell you how long that takes before we start.
A small number of specialist treatments need more care. Pest and infestation treatments, for example, require the property to be left vacant for up to 48 hours. We always flag that at the quoting stage so you can plan around it.
If anyone in the property has asthma, allergies or particular sensitivities, or you would rather we avoided fragrance, tell us beforehand and we will choose the gentlest effective option for the job.

That matters for wool, natural fibres and anything with a delicate backing, where the wrong method causes shrinkage or browning. It is also the reason we can clean a holiday let carpet without delaying a check-in.
Yes. Extractor filters are one of the most common check-out failures because they are easy to forget and obvious when they are greasy. We clean them as part of an oven and hob clean, and where a filter is past cleaning we can replace it instead.
We make our own deodorising air freshener and use it to finish cleans. With carpet cleaning we mix it into the treatment, so the scent lifts out of the carpet for a few days afterwards rather than sitting on top of it.
