Catalytic & Self-Cleaning Liners: These are delicate. Using standard caustic chemicals will destroy their properties. We identify these immediately and clean them separately using manufacturer-approved methods.

Many companies use fixed “dip tanks” in the back of a van. We’ve evolved past that. We use a highly flexible, on-site soaking system. Using heavy-duty containers we create a fresh, site-specific chemical bath for your racks and plates. This ensures the solution is at peak potency for your specific level of carbon buildup, while not being too strong to potentially damage your oven. This system also allows us to tailor the specific chemicals to the condition of the oven on site, instead of just dumping everything in the same tank and hoping it will work.
For the oven carcass itself, we don’t just spray and pray. We use a precision-painting technique. By applying our specialist gels with a brush, we ensure 100% coverage in hard-to-reach areas, like the top of the oven and behind the heating elements.
Once the chemicals have “dwelt” (the time required for the science to break down the carbon), we get to work. We use specialised blades to manually scrape away hard carbonised grease, before switching to our soap pads. This allows us to remove years of buildup without scratching or damaging the underlying enamel.
